We want every order from Biscott to be a moment of joy. Because our cookies are freshly baked and perishable, our policy is designed to ensure the highest quality while also handling any genuine issues that may arise.

General Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items. All sales are considered final.

We take immense pride in our baking. If you believe there is a quality issue with your cookies, please refer to the exceptions below.

Refund Exceptions & Process

Refunds are only issued under the following specific circumstances (Shipping Damage, Order Error, Verifiable Quality Issue) and are handled as follows:

Once your refund request has been officially authorized by us, we will happily process it using the same payment mode used for the original purchase.

We aim to process all authorized refunds within 7 days. Please note that banking institutions may take a few extra days to post the credit to your account.

All refund and replacement approvals are subject to the final discretion of Biscott. Rest assured, we handle every case with the same care we put into baking our best cookies!

Shipping Costs & Important Disclaimers

Any original shipping costs paid on your order are non-refundable.

If an authorized item needs to be returned to us for quality checks, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Reporting Issues & Addressing Errors

You must notify us of any issue within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please email us at info.biscott@gmail.com with your order number and clear photo proof.

(P.S.) Please check your phone number, address, and pincode carefully at the time of placing your order. Re-shipping orders that are returned to us (due to an error in the Shipping Details provided by the customer) will incur an extra charge of ₹100 per box.
